5 Tips to level up faster in Farmville
Every one would want their farms to be in the top position and themselves to have the highest level than the others. Call it human expectation or greed but it is true. To level up faster in Farmville you don't need coins or FV cash, its XP (experience points) that would determine your growth in Farmville. And you have to put all your efforts in gaining XP and all your dreams of having a Farmville Villa would become a reality. Here are some of the basic tips that you need to keep in mind while playing Farmville.
1. Expand your farms:
First step to become the highest level holder in this game is by expanding your farm. Because the more land you have for harvesting and plowing, the more experience points (XP) you can achieve. Every time you plow you are given one experience points (XP) and every time you harvest you get experience points depending on what you harvest.
2. Plant Seeds to gain more XP:
XP determines your level and also your success in Farmville. Experience points are very much related to Farmville coins & cash. With your farm extended to the maximum possible you give yourself an opportunity to gain more XP. Don't try to harvest crops you like, be smart see how much XP you would get harvesting the crop.
An item that would give you 1 XP in 4 hours is better than the one which gives 2 XP in 2 days since you can harvest several times in a day.This way you would be able to harvest and plant as many times in a day and gain increased number of experience points (XP), thus increasing your level.
All of us cannot afford to harvest several times in a day, so if you chose to go for longer harvest choose them tactically. All you have to do is plant seeds that offer at least two experience points (XP) in a single day. Then if you reach more than level 30, then you can buy seeds offering three experience points (XP) in just one day.
3. The neighbors trick:
Increase the number of neighbors you have for Farmville. You can visit each of your neighbor?s’ farm and help him or her to clean or shoo unwanted animals from his or her farm. This enables you to get additional experience points (XP) by completing certain missions by visiting neighbors.One way to increase your neighbors is by placing your profile Ids on various forums available.The next thing you need to do is to gift your neighbors.The more consistent you are with sending gifts, the more your friends will remember to send you a gift back. Sell the gifts you get for more coins you can plow and buy seeds with the money you get from selling the free gifts from friends. Look for the mystery gift.
4. Mastery Achievements
Crop Mastery is one of the ways that will help you advance through-out the game. It is awarded up on the mastery of all crops in a given tier. There are 3 levels of Crop Mastery, each one is displayed on screen by a star next to each crop showing what level of completion you have reached; bronze, silver, or gold. It allows farmers to earn coins, experience or other rewards for planting large numbers of crops over time.
5. Purchasing Big Ticket Items
The fifth way to beat the competition in Farmville is through purchasing big items like houses, barns and decorations along with other equipment. These might cost a lot of coins but they come with huge amount of experience points (XP). Some of them cost Farmville Cash . Be smart about what you buy especially if you are on a limited budget.

Zynga Finally puts an end to FarmVille link sharing
With Tuesday night's updates, Zynga has put a stop to FarmVille link sharing.
I assume that this link disabling was enforced because of all the "unlimited links" illegally bombarding FarmVille. By the way, these unlimited links are no longer working. Please stop asking for the unlimited links and please stop posting them in our comments section, fan page, and chat areas immediately as they will be deleted.
You will notice that you can no longer share Egg links, Collectable links, etc with people that are NOT your FarmVille neighbors. If you click on a shared link that is given by someone that you are not neighbors with, it will take you to your farm's loading page.
This update has not affected normal link sharing that you would post to your Facebook newsfeed. You will still be able to share links with your FarmVille neighbors through this method.

Zynga Raise Over $1.5 Million for Haiti in Five Days
In five days, more than 300,000 Zynga game players purchased $1.5 million in virtual social goods to support relief efforts in Haiti. Through Zynga’s top four games, users from 47 countries donated to U.N. World Food Programme (WFP) by buying limited edition items in FarmVille, FishVille, Mafia Wars and Zynga Poker. FarmVille users alone raised $1 million. This is a proud moment for all the Farmville players who have contributed the cause.
Zynga will donate 100% of the proceeds to The World Food Program for the Haiti Relief Fund.
“We are extremely grateful to Zynga for this contribution,” said Nancy Roman, WFP’s director of communications. “Through their donations, Zynga players are helping us to bring urgently needed food assistance to people who have been plunged into hunger by this devastating earthquake. We started distributing food within 24 hours of the earthquake, and in the coming weeks, we aim to deliver weekly rations to 2 million people.”
Zynga raises almost $1 million for Haiti
Zynga the developers of Farmville & other Facebook app games have raised $900,000 close to a million with the help of the FarmVille players.
Farmville made a special announcement to all players on Monday night.
“Wow! We’re humbled by your generosity. Y’all have contributed over $900,000 to the Zynga Haiti Relief Fund! The website Farmville Freaks has uncovered yet another Chicken Coop glitch that when executed gives you the ability to obtain more than one of the mystery egg incubating structures. Basically the glitch is your current coop will hatch a new coop. It’s totally weird and random and probably will be fixed within days.
